Yes to spotify...but only spotify, no pandora...but you can upload your own music

It has 4GB of memory . So you can load up at the very least, 1000 high quality tones.

You can save up to 500 songs on it, it'll stream spotify to a bluetooth head set or speaker when running on WIFI.

Yes it can and it's really cool, plus I love Spotify. I think up to 2 Gigs of music. You won't need your phone to listen to music but you can only listen to the music via bluetooth. There's no way to connect wired headphones/ear buds to the Gear Fit2.

Yes and yes. For streaming you need to be connected to a WiFi source. You can stream from the watch or control a phone app.
