• Yes, i do not have a sim in my S7 edge and it syncs and works fine

• Don't know about t s health app, but will work with galaxy note 7 that does not have a sim card.

• It works off the Bluetooth so if other Bluetooth devices work this one should.

• As long as the tablet or phone has Bluetooth capability, the Gear will work with them. If you can get the app downloaded, that will work also.

• As long as you have Bluetooth connectivity the watch should work. It's the other one that you can use as a phone that requires you to have a similar card
