I would be concerned about it coming off because the way the latch fastens, its really not too secure. If someone bumps or rubs the right way it can become loosened and lost or broken
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are plastic covers that you can purchase that can cover the top of your fitbit that can protect your device. They should be available from the store where you device was purchase. Or you can go online and find the sheets that cover the device that you have.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only weak point is the one prong clasp on the watchband. t tends to pop loose fairly easy when rubbed across anything solid. I ordered an $8.00 band from Amazon which has a regular watchband that would solve this issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The band latch can catch on things and get undone so the problem would be having it fall off. There are small loops that can be added to the band to prevent it from coming undone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too am an official. The stock band is very secure, I wouldn't worry about that getting broke. You may want to consider a screen protector but I'd say if it was being hit that hard you'll likely have hand damage by the time the screen is damaged. It a pretty tough bugger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it may fall off. The snap is nice, but easy to unsnap if not paying attention. I have to watch it if I put a backpack on or something of that nature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not recommend this watch if you're going to have your hands and arms in a pile of kids. The wristband does not clasp very well. I would as a veterinary assistant, restraining kicking animals. There are many days where my watch pops off. I love it for every reason besides this one problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only issue I believe that would present itself would the band loosening up and possibly fall off. They make other bands that can replace the original one that could help with this problem. I am a mechanic by trade and choose not to take it off while working, no sense in having it if I can't wear it all day. It has proven to take every thing I have put it through.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do not buy this if you plan to wear it and dig into a pile of players or break up a tussle. The locking mechanism consists of only one nub and opens very easy. If you don't plan on stopping the game and have everybody help find your $200 device, save your money. If Samsung releases a new band for the device that actually secures it to your wrist then you may consider the purchase.
