Is there a countdown timer on the gear Fit 2 pro? null

Yes there is. It's appears not to be an audio timer but, one that starts vibrating when it hits 5 seconds left and continues until you cancel it.

No, it has a stopwatch feature. You could set an alarm if you wished for the device to let you know of a certain time. But, you cannot set the timer to go off in 5 min for example. (not yet anyway, fitbit is always adding features. If you write to the fitbit community and enough people suggest this, maybe it will be a future feature?

I can't remember if one is automatically installed, but you can add one if you'd like.
