• It is only the size of the watch band. My daughter has the small and my son in law has the large. The small does accommodate a fairly large wrist. My son in law was able to wear my daughters watch for awhile but it was tight and the band broke after a couple of weeks. Fortunately I had bought the Best Buy warranty and they replaced and we switched to a large.
