- Answer Check if it has battery remaining turbed on, each pod has separate controls. I did not have a problem so far.

- Answer They probably won't be in stock the thing is Best Buy's buyer isn't buying that many of this product to keep on the shelves there are pretty much buying just enough to sell online. If the demand is high enough in your area then the supply will come.
