The app is Samsung Gear, I am hopeful it would be available for all android devices. The case these come in act as a charging station as well as a transfer station. Hooking these up with a micro USB connection will allow you to load music on both earbuds. The files show up independently in Windows as ICONX L and ICONX R (or something close to that, just pay attention to the titles for the file space)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To transfer music from your computer to your ear buds, you place them in the charging case, and connect the case to your computer via USB. To Transfer music from your phone there is a USB to Micro USB connector that comes with the ear buds to help you connect the charging case to your phone and transfer music that way. The app you use is the Samsung Gear app from the google play store. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 and the Gear App is what I use. To put music on the ear pods you need to connect the hardware to the case and your phone. Download music on your phone. Under music settings on the Gear App you can choose to listen to just the ear pods or on your phone. I hope this helps. You can Google to see if your type phone is compatible with ear pods.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The software is Sansubg Gear App and can be downloaded in the Play Store. The software for transferring music files is located on the ear buds. Attach your ear buds to your phone. You can then select the music you want to download. Make sure you copy the music to both earbuds, otherwise you will only hear the music on one side (mono)
