“Why do my ear buds do not charge in the case, do not stay in my ear, (too small) nor do they play loud enough.?”

Try the other pieces in the box and they are not loud enough. Jaybirds r better but u will lose all the features that samsung has
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to close the case completely to charge the ear buds, to make firm contact between the case and ear buds. Also, the lithium battery in the case must be charged via the USB cable and recharged after it is depleted from charging the buds multiple times. If you get the buds wet with sweat from working out, be sure to wipe the gold contacts with a soft cloth before putting them back in the case to recharge.
