• A teardown of the watch says that the back of the watch is fitted with a protective, anticorrosive material. The entire watch is made of 316L stainless steel and the back is coated with DLC Coating that stands for diamond-like carbon coating, and is a nanocomposite coating that has unique properties of natural diamond low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance. You should be fine.
