Some faces will give you the option to change the colors in the settings for the wacth face.

You can do this on your connected smart phone using the Galaxy Wearable app or using the watch itself. On your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app and at the bottom you will see three choices. Home, Watch Faces, and Discover. Move over to the Watch Faces tab. Find the watch face you want to use, select it, and if it can have its colors customized a button that says "Customize" will be in the top right corner. On your watch, navigate to your Watch Face (generally just hit the home button, unless you have changed your home widget). Tap and hold on the watch face to enter the watch face selection mode. If the watch face is customizable a button that says "Customize" will be on the bottom of the display. Once you have entered customization mode you can change colors by rotating your bezel.
