Yes, this Samsung - Gear S3 Frontier Smartwatch does track heart rate.

Please try again later.On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a solid 7.5 for tracking heart rate during a workout as your arm and, subsequently, your wrist gets slick from sweat. Outside of a workout, I'd give it a 9.5 for heart rate. I don't have anything to really compare it to at that time so I don't know how accurate it is, which is why I didn't give it a 10.
