• Yea... as u keep using the watch it will keep up with ur heart rate. So when u work out with weight it will pick up the heart rate and work out.

• This is not really that accurate for tracking that type of movement. It 'guesses' your activity based on the movement of the watch. If you sit still for a long period of time it things you are sleeping.
