Mine looked just as if I had taken it brand new out of the box myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to return the first laptop I received in the mail because the battery didn't charge. They returned it in store and ordered me another one by mail. It was inconvenient, but they honored their return/warranty policy. The first model I received had light scuffs on the bottom plastic panel, but the rest of the computer was like new. The screen had one dead pixel, but being 1080p, it was barely noticeable. The current model that I'm typing this on is 100% flawless, looks as if no one else had ever used it. 0 dead pixels or any other perceptible issues. My suggestion: order one and if you aren't satisfied, return it and order another.
