The return policy was the standard 15 days. It does come with a 1 year warranty, and you can take the computer to a Best Buy location near you for warranty or replacement issues. I had to return the first one I got to a local store because the battery wouldn't charge. It was within the 15 day policy, but either way the 1 year warranty would've covered a replacement.
