• Yes. Mine came with 3 wing tips (S, M, L) and 3 ear tips (S, M, L)

• Mine came with 2 pairs of ear tips and 3 pairs of wing tips (one pair already attached to the pods). I guess they removed the one pair which is used?

• Under "Overview," it says they come with 4 pairs of ear tips. Mine came with 2 pairs of wing tips (M, L) and 2 pairs of ear tips (M, L). Small sizes don't seem to be included.
