• From my experience with them, they have worked just as well as a new pair. They looked spotless out of the box and have performed flawlessly so far. The sound quality, features, and battery life all feel like brand new. I can’t speak to the exact testing process they use, but based on how these functioned right away, it seems they’re inspected thoroughly before being resold. The only adjustment I had to make was swapping ear tips for a better fit, but that’s a comfort thing, not performance.

• I will say that the ones I got worked perfectly! Only caveat is i had to buy my own eartips, but then again I almost always replace the silicone ones with foam ones so it wasn't the worst rhing for me
