• so why in the heck doesn't someone from either best buy or geek squad start answering customers questions? Best buy start serving your customers now. DID YOU KNOW THE REFURBISHED PHONES FROM BEST BUY--GEEK SQUAD HAVE NO WARRANTY (OTHER THAN THE 90 DAYS) AND YOU CAN NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED INSURANCE PLAN FOR THE PHONE ACCORDING TO BEST BUY......THIS IS WRONG.

• I would double check, but when I asked this question they said no, it only comes with the 90 day warranty stated. No ability to buy an extended warranty of any kind. Again, that's what they told me, your answer may vary.
