• Yes. My refurbished, unlocked Galaxy S9+ came with the headphones. The only thing missing was the tool to eject the SD card/SIM tray. But that was no biggie, since I just used a paperclip. Also, don't expect a paper manual.

• NO, mine only came with the phone and a USB charge cord, and a USB/ac adapter to plug it in, AND it did NOT come with a sim card tool and I tell you that hole is very tiny, took me ahalf hour to find something in my house to open it
