I had the same problem. I was ordering the same phone and I added it in my shopping cart. I couldn't check it out. So what I did, I clicked on "help" or the Chat Box on the right hand corner and a customer service rep chat with me. They did the checkout portion on their end when I told them I had the phone in my shopping cart and they took care of it from there. I will let you know the results of the phone when I receive it on Friday, October 5th, 2018. Thanks.

Have no other information, but suspect many people watching the same page may be overloading the system, or quantities were very limited and selling out almost instantly. Right now, 5/29/18 8:21 PM Central, all colors seem to be adding to cart OK.
