• Yes, while not all apps will allow you to move them to the SD card, most will as long as videos, music, and other content.

• That depends on what you mean by "content". Your photos, files, etc can certainly be saved to the SD card. As with all Android devices, some apps can be moved to the SD card, and some cannot.
