• I bought mine at the store, "open box," and it's perfectly fine. I have had no issues with it at all.

• I just received mine and it really looks new. Arrived in just a plain brown box with no manuals or anything other than a USB charging pad. But it seems to work fine and is visually flawless. Maybe I got lucky but it looks new.
