• The one I purchased was refurbished. It is in excellent condition, you could never tell that it wasn't brand new.

• I have a refurb.. now and and it looks like new and works great! You can always return if it is not up to your specs..

• Mine looks brand new. It came with the charger but not the manual. Instructions/manuals can be easily found online though.
