• My refurbished watch did have one little "knick" on the dial. It was not bad and actually had to look very closely to see it. otherwise, no problems and really works well.

• Mine was in Perfect Condition. It did not come with the orginal box

• I thought it was new when I got it other than being in a best buy box. And it even it came with the small and large bands and charger dock and brick plus cable. Brick was really nice to have
