Hi. My experience: packaged well, but NO Samsung box or packaging. In addition to the watch there was a charger. No booklet or user guide (YouTube helped me). There was a nice little note from Best Buy. The body of the watch was in pristine condition, free from scratches and scuff marks. Biggest problem-the watch would not hold a charge! Epic fail. There was no warranty. But when I returned it to Best Buy, they gave great customer service.
