Does the refurbished t7 work as good as a new t7? null

I purchased two of these refurbished drives. After properly initializing and formatting one of them, it appears to work as well as a new drive. This was not true for the second drive - I struggled to get it to work, and then found that 7% of the sectors of the drive were bad. It now appears to be working, but I less confidence in it.

So far so good. very happy with mine

My first refurbished had a failure on first use; was returned and replaced. The second unit has been working as well as my other “bought new” T7.

I bought a refurbished one as a backup and it has worked just as well as my brand new one. No issues whatsoever over the past year.
