• No, you cannot control the TV using the soundbar remote.

• Outside volume, no. The TV remote typically will control the master volume of your soundbar though.

• I do not believe so beyond the volume. When on, the soundbar automatically cuts off the TV speakers. No control of TV beyond sound.
