• I have not had this issue maybe other blutooth devices are interference to it I keep my ps4 controller ect at about 4 feet away

• I am seeing about 25 to 30 ft at my house lots of walls too. Perhaps it's the device your trying to connect? Devices we have used is an Apple iPhone 7 and a Samsung Note 8
