I have not had this issue maybe other blutooth devices are interference to it I keep my ps4 controller ect at about 4 feet away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am seeing about 25 to 30 ft at my house lots of walls too. Perhaps it's the device your trying to connect? Devices we have used is an Apple iPhone 7 and a Samsung Note 8
