“When I am watching anything in dolby or atmos or dvd the volume on my sound bar is real low have to turn it up three times as loud as to just watching regular tv. Also rear speakers do not work that great sometimes I can hear them sometimes i cannot.”

Did you try turning the sound on the tv off? We called Samsung because we were having technical issues. There were issues with our sound. Try turning the sound on the tv off. Go to settings, system, speaker, and then off.
