i ordered mine on nov. 26th and still at received order. customer support has zero information besides "you will be sent an email when the item ships."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, same here I ordered on Nov, 24, 2017 and only started seeing order progress the week of 12/11/2017. I received shipped email and UPS tracking on 12/15/2017 with estimated delivery date of 12/21/2017. It seems they are starting to (with hope for other waiting) to get back orders shipped out to customers. Time will tell! Yes, no fault to BB customer service staff but they know nothing because their shipping & stock department management and Samsung are not telling them anything. I'm fine with waiting for back orders (heck, one time I waited over six months for something because I really, really, really, wanted it). The key was during the whole time I was given updates and explained why, how, and what to expect which made the waiting bearable. BB remember options and information make the best customers!!! Tell us what's going on, we will understand!

I ordered mine on Nov 26th and just noticed tonight some progress on my order it is listed as preparing and states i should recieve by Thu, Dec 21. I guess they are making their way through back orders finally which is great news!
