“Just bought yesterday and connected via bluetooth. I seem to be getting more base from the sound bar than the subwoofer. I really don't hear a lot of base from the woofer and I have the subwoofer volume all the way up. What am I doing wrong?”

You can try the Bass Boost sound mode to further enhance the bass experience; however, you should be hearing more bass through the soundbar than the subwoofer. It is unusual to hear that the bass performance is better through the soundbar.
