Hi there, There are a few things to consider when placing your subwoofer. Make sure that it is within 32 feet of your soundbar, not placed next to any metal furniture or fixtures and not placed behind any walls that might interrupt the signal between the wireless subwoofer and soundbar. Try placing it in a few different spots while watching the same movie/show so you can get a feel of what you like. ~Samsung Solutions
