• Yes. Add the soundbar to your tv sound setup and it becomes your default tv sound system. It will work with Firestick, DVD, or any other device you use when watching your smart TV.

• ideally you would want to connect it to your TV that way if you use your Fire stick or watching reg TV you would still be able to use the sound bar.
