“Why doesn't my sound bar work when it's not plugged in? I didn't know it had to stay plugged up to work out is there something wrong with it? I assumed it could hold a charge like most sound bars.”

Hello Vee! The HW-C450 Soundbar does not feature a built-in power supply and needs to be plugged into a power outlet to work. ~ Samsung Solutions
