• Hi Ormey! Yes, the HW-Q600A features the ability to turn on and off with the TV when connected via HDMI or digital optical audio. ^Tim

• I wasn’t able to connect it properly, so I don’t know. Samsung should made this simple- it takes an expert to install this !
