“Trying to test these with one of those DTS 5.1 test videos which play sound in each single speaker to confirm surround works but I can`t get it to work. Rear speakers would play sound when it only front channels should play the sound. I`m using ARC HDMI”

• This might sound simple but do you have the system set on "surround" If you don't you will not get separate channels.
