Hi dweil! Absolutely! The HW-Q900A features a built in center channel for exceptional dialogue clarity. You can even pair this model with the Smart Things app and enable the Voice Enhancement mode for even more emphasis on the voices. ^Tim

Yes. Main reason I bought this sound bar after some research. Having some hearing issues combined with poor tv speakers, this sound bar has provided clarity of characters speaking.I understand you can tweak speakers in sound bar with the app if there is a problem, but with the presets in sound bar, there was no need.

Yes it has a voice enhancement mode you can turn on or off in Advanced Sound Settings found in the Smart Things App (Free App for your Phone)
