No. As we have had it before and hung up. The quality of sound is the same

Hi Sportsfan,

The speakers should be facing the same direction whether it is placed on a table or mounted on the wall. The Samsung logo should be on top of the Soundbar with the front speakers firing towards you.

If your Soundbar is placed in such a way where the Samsung logo is facing you, then you will need to adjust the placement of your Soundbar.
