Hi Bellinghamster, When using a Samsung TV with the HW-S50B Soundbar the volume numbers will show up on the screen without any required setting adjustments. ~Samsung Solutions
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Samsung Sound Bar, and I also lost the volume numbers when I hooked it up. The blue light on the Sound Bar flashes when I increase or decrease the volume, but no more numbers on the screen. Hope this helps.
