“I'm having serious audio / video sync issues. There is a noticeable audio delay since I installed this soundbar. I've adjusted the audio settings on the Samsung TV with no improvement. What options do I have to fix this?”

On the soundbar remote press the Sound control button- the bottom center one . Look at the documentation that came with the soundbar as to the different modes to choose from. One is "sync." You can also download the entire manual from the Internet if need be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello CableGuy, Press the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear) on the provided Soundbar remote until you get to SYNC. From there you can use the UP/DOWN buttons of the remote to increase/decrease the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
