Hi there Jim, You can adjust all of the settings and more within the SmartThings app. Download the app for your iOS or Android device and then connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. From here, you will be able to adjust all of the same settings as the provided remote, but with the added benefit of being able to see the changes on your smart device. ~ Samsung Solutions

I also noticed you can get the equalizer to allow settings all frequency's to be modified by going to settings on my QN90C Neo with the tv remote. Hit the Home button on the TV remote, go to Settings, go to All Settings, go to Sound, go to Expert Settings,, go to Woofer and Equalizer, go to Reset and click it. Now all the frequency ranges are available to adjust. When you're done navigate to the close button and click it. Then hit the back arrow on the remote until the settings window closes. And I am pretty sure they will stay like that for each "Sound Mode" ie: Standard, Surround, etc.
