Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have a poor connection between your soundbar and audio source - change how you connect to your soundbar (use hdmi instead of wifi, etc). I have also had some luck getting rid of choppy sound by replacing the hdmi cable - a few misaligned attempts at connecting an hdmi cable basically ruins your cable, they're so delicate LOLOL
