IF you run Communications cables in airways, i.e. inside heating or cooling ducts the cable has to be Plenum rated and I do not believe this cable is Plenum rated. We are however installing it inside the walls of our home but we are installing the optic Cable inside what is called innerduct which is a inch and a quarter diameter orange corrigated tubing that has a pull tape inside the tube. Once the tube is installed and the construction completed, the optic cable is connected to what is called a fiber pulling sock and pulled through the tube such that the ends of the cable extend to the TV mounting area and the TV service box. wher it terminated into the devices. There is also a type of fiber optic cable called Armored cable that does not require the innerduct product but this small cable is not Armor rated cabling. Hope that helps. Dan.
