“Since it attaches with a magnet, do you think it's possible to attach it at the tablet while it is already using a slim cover? I don't want to use it always, but when I do, I don't want to switch from one cover to the other. Thank you”

Nope, It needs to be without any other cover or the magnet will not be able to hold it up. It also uses the power from the tablet so the contact must be complete

No it will not work with another case or cover.

Looks like you can use only one cover at a time. The back of the tablet is the only area that you can attach the covers.
