Thanks for the question. The WE357A7P will fit the WF306BHW/XAA washer, but the color will not match. This pedestal is Stainless Platinum in color, and the washer is Neat White. The matching white pedestal will have a 'W' at the end, as in WE357A7W (Best Buy item #8259127). - Ms. Samsung
