there should be 3 other sets of buds in the box. i used the medium ones and my wife used the small ones

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The small earbuds that come with it are the smallest ones. I knew someone that had the same problem. I suggest cleaning the earwax from their ear, because when the earwax heats up the earbuds would slip off. Once they started cleaning their ears on a regular basis the ear buds stopped slipping off. The morale of the story is clean your ears.
