OMG yes, I'm going thru this right now-- been almost 3 months trying to figure this out-- they've replaced 4 parts-- and it still will not function like when we first got it--- worked great of rite first 3 months, then we noticed dishes weren't getting clean, not drying, and massive detergent stains on the door at the end of the cycle-- basically the soap dispenser isn't opening at the right time--- too late, and the water wall isn't cleaning with enough pressure, and the door is opening to soon and not drying the dishes--- ridiculous I tell you
