No, you cannot manually turn off the advertised Magnetic Wireless Battery Pack (Model: EB-U2500XJEGUS) while it is physically attached or connected to your phone. The power bank automatically detects an attached device and starts charging, and pressing the side power button toggles battery levels or resets the unit rather than disabling the power.
