“Just received this sound tower and the quality is really good. However, it's super quiet! I mean my phone is almost as loud. What could be wrong? I'm I doing something wrong? Playing Bluetooth through Spotify and YouTube music. Thanks”

You have to physically turn the speakers volume up, using the remote or manually on the speaker itself. I believe It was designed like this, so you don’t blow this speaker or your eardrums out lol
