A:AnswerIt has almost all standardized Microsoft product in the setup, for the first time user, you’re required to update your system, which takes approximately five hours, perhaps less. The notebook does not have a Ethernet port, I have yet used the USB to Ethernet converter, so far the Wi-fi works pretty well.

A:AnswerThe OS drive is a 32gb eMMC drive soldered to the motherboard. The 3180 has a bay open for installation of an 2.5-inch HD, so you can add a standard 2.5 SSD as a second drive. The instructions are in the service manual on the Dell support site.
