• have not had that problem on the notebook 9 pro 13 (np940x3m)

• The webcam for this model supports Windows Hello and works well from my usage this weekend having received the laptop Friday. I know that when the new Windows release came out this spring, some older WIndows Hello drivers caused Webcam detection problems so maybe a previous release had problems. Seems to be working fine now.
